Facility Use Request

Welcome to the Houghton Lake Community Schools Facility Use Request system. The school district is pleased to be able to share our facilities with staff, community groups, and people. To manage this process, we are using the below request/approval system. If you have any generic questions regarding this Facility Use system, please contact Stacey Barnes at barness@hlcsk12.net. If you have any technical issues with the system, please contact Eric Sawicki at sawickie@hlcsk12.net.

Register for an Account

All requests and approvals are managed online. You will first need to create an account on the system by clicking the first-time user icon link below. An email will be generated upon successful creation of your account. After creating your account, you will be able to submit a request for facility resources by clicking the login icon below. Please watch the tutorial videos for assistance with either process. Also note the link to the quick start guide for further assistance with navigating the system.
